Palkia's New Look

I kept a pic someone made for me for Palkia and Dialga's new look but I forgot who.
I used someones new look, look maybe better, making him look more like a new kind of hedgehog rather then his old look. I sure hope this will turn out ok, next up; Dialga
Anyways his may have change, but he is the still the same Annoying Palkia we all knew, but for once he is wearing clothes XD
